Most companies discover a breach weeks or months after it happened. Do you know where yours stands?
Integration & managed services

We put your technology to work. And run it for you.

Security, cloud, communications, and critical infrastructure: we implement it, watch it 24/7, and respond when something fails. Without you having to build the specialist team it takes to sustain it.

Cybersecurity

Every attack gets in somewhere. We know where.

We organize defense in nine layers. Each one covers a distinct vector and has a named solution, so when you describe a problem, we already know where it lives and who owns it.

How our SOC works
Above the nine layers

The integration plane

The nine layers don't work in isolation. Everything they generate — events, alerts, telemetry — flows up into a single correlation layer where the SOC sees the whole picture, not nine separate dashboards.

SIEMGathers and correlates what every layer reports.
SOARExecutes the responses you pre-authorized.
XDRFollows a threat as it crosses from one layer to another.

Our SOC

Specialists who don't sleep, with tools that don't either.

Behind every alert are analysts with years of security operations experience, certified and organized in shifts. What we do differently is how we leverage them: our own automation absorbs the volume so human judgment gets applied where it's truly needed.

No alert waits its turn

Our Triage Agent classifies everything that comes in within under a minute, any hour, and the analyst only receives what deserves attention.

Reporting that doesn't interrupt the investigation

The Report Generator writes continuously, so your reports arrive complete without costing the team extra hours.

Response in minutes, not hours

The Response Assistant gathers context and executes the actions you pre-authorized; the final call still belongs to a person.

Our operation, in numbers

< 1 min
Response from our AI agents
The Triage Agent evaluates and prioritizes every alert the moment it comes in, any hour.
4 min
Analyst response time
Average time for a person to pick up a case flagged as relevant by AI.
120,000
Alerts a month
Volume that enters the SOC and gets classified without human intervention.

Managed services

Three questions, three rungs.

Each rung answers a deeper question about your operation, and each stands on its own. None commits you to the next.

01Is my infrastructure alive?

LynxWatch™

Managed monitoring of servers, networks, services, and cloud voice. Automated 24/7 watch and human triage of alerts: what happened, what it means, and what we recommend doing.

02Is my business protected?

Managed SOC

Continuous monitoring and response across the layers that apply to you. Plans differ by hourly coverage, sources watched, and depth of analysis.

03Who runs all of this for me?

Full operation

We manage your cloud, your communications, your contact center, and your backups. One contract, one SLA, and one point of contact for everything we run.

Engagement models

A subscription is an option, not a toll.

Three ways to work together. Whichever serves you today doesn't lock you into the other two.

LICENSE

Buy the solution

We sell you the vendor's license and leave it up and running. You manage it; we provide support whenever you need it, billed by the hour.

PROJECT

Let's run a project

A concrete outcome with scope, timeline, and deliverable: a posture assessment, a migration, activating a baseline, a training session.

MANAGED

We run it for you

We watch and manage your platform every month for a fixed fee. If something needs repair, those hours are billed separately, so your monthly rate doesn't change month to month.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before signing up.

If your question isn't here, write to us — we'll answer it during the assessment.

What is an MSSP?

A managed security provider runs your company's defense continuously instead of selling you tools for you to manage: monitoring, detection, response, and reporting, under a contract and an SLA.

What does 24/7 SOC monitoring include?

Continuous watch over the agreed sources, classification of every alert, investigation of the ones that warrant it, and incident response at any hour. You get the analysis and the recommendation, not a raw alert inbox.

Do I have to buy all nine layers?

No. Each layer is contracted separately, and most of our clients start with two or three. The assessment exists precisely to decide which ones come first, based on your reality and your budget.

Which countries does Lynxsource operate in?

We have our own offices in Ecuador, Colombia, Bolivia, the United States, and Canada, and we serve companies across the region. Managed operation is remote; local presence is for the project, the equipment, and the relationship.

What happens after the free assessment?

We hand you what's covered, what isn't, and what order makes sense to fix it in. With that, you decide whether you want a proposal. The assessment is free and doesn't commit you to anything.

Can you give me client references?

Our confidentiality agreements don't let us discuss specific clients, even to share something good. The figures we publish are from our own operation, not any client's.

How is the service billed?

Monitoring and management are billed monthly so the cost stays predictable. Remediation and out-of-scope support are billed hourly, so you don't pay upfront for hours you might not use.

The company

Running critical platforms since 2009.

We started in Quito operating collaboration and contact center platforms: platforms where downtime is felt in seconds, and where the commitment is met with shifts, permanent on-call coverage, and an SLA. Since 2022 we've concentrated that same operational discipline on security.
