Full operation
We manage your cloud, your communications, your contact center, and your backups. One contract, one SLA, and one point of contact for everything we run.
Who runs all of this for me?
Coordinating vendors is also a job.
When each platform has a different vendor, someone at your company ends up acting as coordinator between all of them when something fails. Full operation puts that responsibility in one place: we watch, manage, and respond for the platforms we run, under a single SLA.
What we run for you.
Cloud
Infrastructure and platforms on AWS or Azure, operated with cost kept under control.
Communications
Telephony, video, and cloud collaboration, running and continuously supported.
Contact center
The multichannel service platform, continuously managed.
Backup and continuity
Backup and recovery processes, verified on a regular schedule.
Incident management
When something fails on any of these platforms, we resolve it or escalate it ourselves.
Vendor management
If the failure belongs to a third party, we're the ones who follow up until it's closed.
The lines we draw on.
Modern Workplace & CX
Contact center, telephony, and collaboration from line 01.
Cloud, Data & AI
Cloud infrastructure from line 03.
Managed Services & NOC
LynxWatch™ and the SOC as the monitoring base for everything above.
Critical Infrastructure
Equipment and networks from line 05, when they're part of the contract.
Most common use cases.
Growing company without a robust IT team
Delegates the operation of several platforms instead of hiring an internal team for each one.
Multi-country operation
One SLA for platforms used across different offices.
Company that wants one point of contact
Prefers a single contact for everything it runs, instead of managing several vendors.
What people ask before signing up.
Do I have to buy all four lines to access this rung?
No, you contract based on which platforms you want us to run for you; it's not a closed package.
What happens if I need a change outside the agreement?
It is quoted separately as a project or additional hours, without affecting the agreed monthly rate.
Can I move up to this rung from LynxWatch™ or the SOC?
Yes. The three rungs are independent, and you can move up a level whenever it makes sense for your operation.
Each one stands on its own.
Let's see how this fits your operation.
A free assessment, no strings attached. We'll tell you what's covered, what isn't, and where to start.
We respond within one business day. Ecuador, Colombia, Bolivia, the United States, and Canada.
