1. Purpose
lynxsource.com is Lynxsource's informational and commercial site, through which we present our service lines (cybersecurity, managed services, cloud, communications, and infrastructure modernization) and receive contact and assessment requests. This site does not by itself constitute a services agreement: Lynxsource's actual services are governed by a separate commercial agreement and SLA negotiated directly with each client.
2. Permitted use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. In particular, you may not: scrape content in an automated way, attempt to breach the site's security, reverse-engineer its code, or use the contact form for fraudulent purposes, unsolicited advertising, or to submit false data.
3. Intellectual property
The name "Lynxsource," its logo, texts, images, and other content published on this site are the property of Lynxsource or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is not permitted.
4. Free assessment form
Submitting the free assessment form is a request for contact, not a purchase order or a binding contract. A Lynxsource specialist will reach out to follow up; the scope, pricing, and terms of any service will be defined in a separate commercial proposal.
5. Third-party links
The site includes links to third-party services (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google). Lynxsource does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or operation of those external sites.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is," with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability. The published information is for informational and commercial purposes; any decision you make based on its content is your sole responsibility. Lynxsource is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.
7. Changes
Lynxsource may modify these terms at any time. The version in effect is always the one published on lynxsource.com.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., without prejudice to mediation or arbitration mechanisms the parties agree to separately in a services contract.
Bolivia

Your counterparty is Lynxsource Bolivia (NIT 381134023, La Paz). These terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of La Paz, without prejudice to mediation or arbitration mechanisms the parties agree to separately in a services contract.
United States
Your counterparty is Lynxsource USA (EIN 83-1781702, Weston, Florida). These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without giving effect to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent state or federal courts of Broward County, Florida.
Canada
Your counterparty is Lynxsource Canada (Business Number 783181746, Vancouver, BC). These terms are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Vancouver, BC.
