Our commitment
As of today, Bolivia does not have a general and comprehensive personal data protection law, nor a specialized administrative data protection authority equivalent to those existing in other jurisdictions in the region. However, there are constitutional and sector-specific provisions that regulate aspects related to privacy and the processing of personal data. In this context, and without prejudice to compliance with applicable Bolivian regulations, Lynxsource voluntarily adopts, as a corporate reference standard, the principles and safeguards established in Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP).
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your data by writing to ventas@lynxsource.com. If you believe your right to privacy has been violated, you may file a privacy protection action with the competent judicial authority.
United States
The United States has no comprehensive federal data protection law. Some states (like California, with the CCPA/CPRA) do. Lynxsource USA operates out of Florida; it does not currently meet the thresholds that trigger the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, but adopts its principles as good practice.
