The network is not one more application: it is the layer everything else depends on. When a server fails, one service goes down; when the network fails, they all go down at once — mail, the phones, the till, the system that invoices — and the diagnosis gets harder precisely because there is nothing left to look through. That is why a badly sized network does not show on day one and charges in full on the worst day.
Buying the equipment is the short part. What decides the outcome is the design: how many ports and at what speed, how traffic is segmented, where the access points go and with what real coverage, what happens when a link goes down. That is worked out before anything is bought, and whoever designs it should be the same party who answers for it afterwards.

These are not four separate products but one network seen in layers. A bill of materials can be quoted anywhere, and that is the trap: the list comes out of a design, and if nobody did that design the list is a guess. Extra switches get bought “just in case”, fewer access points go in than the site needs, and the problem shows up months later as a dead zone or a cabinet that runs out of ports the moment a new department moves in.
Then there is the bad day. A device fails, and what decides how long the outage lasts is not the written warranty but who manages it, whether a spare is nearby, and whether anyone knows that design without reconstructing it first. As an integrator we answer for both: for the design we proposed and for the support across the equipment’s service life.

Deployment is planned so the old network and the new one coexist for as long as it takes. We survey the site, design against real floor plans, size the equipment, and migrate in sections — floor by floor, cabinet by cabinet — always leaving a way back. Nobody is left without a network during a change.
After that it is integration and backing. The network is connected to what your company already uses — telephony, identity, the systems that need segmenting — and it is left documented, which is what keeps anyone two years from now from wondering why it was built this way. And support comes from us, with our own people in five countries: we manage the warranty, resolve the incident, and answer for what we installed.

In-house means the engineers and the operations center belong to Lynxsource. In a reseller model your provider opens a ticket with another provider and passes the answer along when it arrives; here whoever answers is whoever decides.
That matters especially with hardware: whoever designed what is installed is who deployed it, and whoever deployed it is who handles the incident and manages the warranty. Nobody has to reconstruct the design every time something fails.
We design first. The bill of materials comes out of the design and not the other way round: we survey the site, size what is needed, and what to buy follows from that. Buying without that step is buying a guess.
